1. Click the VisualDx link below.
2. In VisualDx, scroll past the tiles and click on "Create a Personal Account."
3. Download the app from App Store / Play.
4. Log in to the app with the username/password you just created.

2. In UpToDate, create a personal account using the Register link (upper right hand corner).
3. Download the app in App Store / Play.
4. Log in to the app with the username/password you just created.
Note: you may need to let any existing UpToDate subscription lapse prior to creating a new account.

1. Click the DynaMed link on this guide.
2. In DynaMed, click on the “Sign In” link, in the upper right hand corner.
3. Then, click “Register Now” to create your account.
4. Download the app from App Store / Play.
5. Log in to the app with the username/password you just created.

1. Click the Lexidrug link just above.
2. Click the Mobile Access Codes button; you will be prompted to select your device type and to indicate if you are a new or existing customer.
3. On the ensuing screen, follow the step-by-step instructions carefully. Be sure to make note of the red authorization code (copy it).
4. Download the app from the App Store / Play.
5. Login with the username/password and password you just created.
6. Download the specific Lexidrug databases you need.
Note: The authorization code changes annually in late August. You will have to repeat these steps each year to obtain the new authorization code and apply it to your Lexidrug account.

Go to clinicalkey.com from the Duke network and click Register in the top right corner to create your username/password, which you'll use to log into the app.
