The goal of the CHDI-CTSI Child Health Equity program is to support research aimed at promoting health equity in the pediatric population, encourage and facilitate genuine partnership and collaboration with organizations within the larger Durham community and surrounding areas, and develop interventions and strategies to mitigate health disparities and improve child health equity.
Four project teams were selected for funding ranging from $50,000-$300,000, including funding for community partners. Funding will be supported for 24 months.
