Register for an account by clicking on the UpToDate link provided here. You must use this Duke link (you should see Duke Health in the upper right hand corner when you are in UpToDate).
Click Register and create your account
Then download the app and log in using your new login.

Note: You must log in to UpToDate from either Duke's wireless network every 90 days OR go to the library's website and click on UpToDate. To download, choose from the appropriate icons (above and nest to the app title) for you device.

Register for an account by clicking on the DynaMed link provided here. You must use this Duke link. To create an account, look at the box near the right side of the page to Create Account. You should see these words "Your access courtesy of DUKE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER LIBRARY." Once registered, you can download the app. To download, choose from the appropriate icons (above and nest to the app title) for you device which will take to the apps page and then follow the directions. You will use the new username and password you just created on dynamed.com to sign in to the app.

Select your platform and customer status

Follow instructions displayed to set up account. Their instructions are very detailed, follow them closely and be sure to use your Duke email address when you register. Certain special characters (#) will not be accepted in passwords.

The authorization code is in bright red text at the top of the instructions page.

NOTE: The code will changes every August and you will need to repeat this process.
